You also confirm that you have not given formal instruction to another lawyer or entity to file a claim for the same events against the same defendant(s) on your behalf. Furthermore, you confirm that you are not acting on behalf of other claimants when submitting a claim based on the same events as the relevant (collective) action of the Foundation and that you are not in any way connected to any of the proposed defendants, nor will you convey any information about the relevant claims to these defendants.
