Clare Ducksbury

Member of the Supervisory Board

Clare's passion for class action work began when she joined the inaugural Swiss team that established the Claims Resolution Tribunal for Dormant Accounts, created to implement the USD 1.25 billion settlement in the Holocaust Victim Assets Litigation.

After four years working with the Tribunal's administration in Switzerland, Clare spent a year in the United States working on class action notice and administration. She worked closely with Special Master Judah Gribetz, the Jewish Claims Conference and the German Federal Government.

She then returned to London, where as a Partner at Forensic Risk Alliance and founder of Case Pilots Ltd., she worked on notice and administration in mass claims across the United Kingdom and Europe. During her time at Forensic Risk Alliance, Clare also served on the working group on victim participation in proceedings before the International Criminal Court in The Hague.

Additional experience:

  • International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) – Advising the Ethics, Risk and Compliance Department, Geneva (2023)
  • Ius Omnibus – Portuguese banking cartel action (Portugal, 2024)

Throughout her career as an expert in dispute resolution and consumer claims, Clare has successfully advised on a wide range of dispute and redress processes.
